The Who

The owner, Jason, has a wealth of experience which is only one part of the foundation supporting this great organization. The experience is vast compared to others that spans across multiple industries which includes military, retail, food, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, oil & gas, engineering, operations, projects, and life itself. All of that exposure to those industries is invaluable for providing insight to the differences and variances between them all ranging from those working in it and creating its culture to the legal aspect of contracts and everything in between.

Knowledge is a passion that started with a young boy’s dream in the ‘80s to be an astronaut headed to Mars one day, yet reality fell short and Jason stayed on planet earth. Suffice to say, instead of the macro aspect of being an astrophysicist, instead, life took me to the micro aspect in nuclear engineering with a new direction in life to obtain a master’s in business administration. Since time is limited, it didn’t seem prudent to continue adding an alphabet soup behind my name because experience in the real world at this point was more important than institutional knowledge.
