The Who

The owner, Jason, has a wealth of experience which is part of the foundation supporting this great organization. The experience is vast compared to others which spans across multiple industries that include military, retail, food, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, oil & gas, engineering, operations, projects, and life itself. All of that exposure to the various industries is invaluable for providing insight to all aspects of a business from the board of directors to the new hire on the front lines. One thing that was known but not fully understood in his youth, the common denominator common across all industries is people. Focusing on empowering, engaging, inspiring, and leading people has become his passion.

Knowledge is also a passion that started with a young boy’s dream in the ‘80s to be an astronaut headed to Mars one day, yet reality fell short and Jason stayed on planet earth. Suffice to say, instead of the macro aspect of being an astrophysicist, instead, life took him to the micro aspect in nuclear engineering. This new direction in life led to the desire to obtain a master’s in business administration and his certificate as a Project Management Professional.

The Why

Life is a journey whether it be personal, professionally, or both combined, we all make decisions along the way based on a number of factors. Some of the most common or top drivers are the intrinsic value obtained from leading, engaging, inspiring, and empowering people individually and as teams is a huge reward and the reason why. Money in the bank account is nice too.
